Refund Policy for Executive Choice Limo Service

At Executive Choice Limo Service, we are committed to providing exceptional service for our clients. We understand that occasionally circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted for our car booking services.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Hourly Booking Duration:
    Our services are provided on an hourly basis, with a maximum booking duration of eight (8) hours each day. We do not offer services for less than an hour.

Service Delivery Assurance:

We guarantee the provision of a well-maintained vehicle and a professional driver for the entire booked duration.

Requesting a Refund:

If, under extraordinary circumstances, a client is dissatisfied with our services, a refund may be requested. To initiate the refund process, the client must:

  • Contact Us Promptly:
    The client must inform us of their dissatisfaction and request a refund within 24 hours of the completion of the booking.
  • Provide Reasoning:
    The client should clearly specify the reasons for their dissatisfaction, along with any supporting evidence.

Evaluation and Verification

  • Internal Review:
    Upon receipt of the refund request, our team will conduct an internal review of the circumstances and assess the validity of the request.
  • Confirmation of Service Discrepancy:
    A refund will only be granted if it is determined that the services provided deviated significantly from our agreed-upon standards.

Refund Amount:

  • Prorated Refund:
    If a refund is deemed valid, it will be prorated based on the portion of the booking duration for which the services fell short of expectations.

Refund Processing:

  • Timely Processing:
    If a refund is approved, it will be processed within three business days from the date of confirmation.

Method of Refund:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the booking.

  • Termination of Services:
  • Cancellation of Current Booking:
    In the event of a refund, the current booking will be terminated, and our services will no longer be provided.


  • No Partial Refunds:
    We do not offer partial refunds for hourly bookings.
  • Exclusions:
    This policy does not cover refunds for additional services, such as extra hours or amenities added after the initial booking.
